Kate Crowder

Kate has been working in the health and fitness industry for more than 13 years. She is a certified Spin instructor and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. She holds a Contemporary Pilates certification from Pilates on Fifth in New York.

Kate began her classical training with Master Trainer Pam DeJohn in 2015 and received her Classical Pilates certification by the United States Pilates Association (USPA) in 2017.

Kate is also a certified Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
