Anna Lee
Anna has been a lifelong sports enthusiast, with a passion for activities such as golf, tennis, and yoga. Her active lifestyle led her to explore different movement practices, ultimately guiding her to Classical Pilates.
Upon discovering the method, Anna found that Pilates restored a sense of balance and strength through precise movement and proper alignment. This approach brought her lasting stability and greater control, enhancing not only her daily movement but also supporting her performance across other sports.
Inspired by the benefits she experienced firsthand; Anna chose to deepen her studies and pursue a path as a Pilates teacher. She is currently completing her comprehensive teacher training program at Authentic Pilates Learning Center, where she continues to refine her understanding of the method.
Anna is passionate about sharing this work with others, helping clients develop a better understanding of their bodies so they can move with greater ease, confidence, and control.
