Our instructors undergo extensive training in order to effectively address the needs of our clients, both in private sessions and small group settings. Authentic Pilates Learning Center is a classical Pilates studio in the suburbs of New Jersey with two locations: Mahwah and Millburn. APLC offers classical Pilates instruction and teacher training to the local communities of Bergen and Rockland counties and can be easily accessed from New York and Newark.
Both of our locations are fully equipped with Gratz and Pilates by Design equipment, including multiple Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs and more. We offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions as well as a variety of Pilates group classes, including tower, full studio and mat.
