Nicole Adoni

Client Experience & Studio Coordinator

Nicole helps ensure that every client feels supported from the moment they walk through the door at Authentic Pilates. With a warm and welcoming approach, she helps keep the studio organized and enjoys being part of a community dedicated to health, movement, and wellness. A graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, Nicole spent several years working in corporate accounting and payroll.

After having children, she transitioned to working from home, helping manage her husband’s busy landscaping and excavating business. Nicole’s passion for movement began with yoga after moving to Mahwah. In 2015, she completed her yoga teacher training with Ben Wisch of Flow Yoga in Ho-Ho-Kus and became a registered yoga teacher. Through a fellow instructor, she was introduced to Pilates and later earned her Mat Pilates certification, incorporating Pilates principles into the yoga classes she teaches.

Her additional certifications include Yoga for Movement Disorders, Standup Paddle Yoga, and Sound Healing. She is also a Reiki Master, trained by Sheryl Edsall and Eileen Alexander of Naturally Yoga. Nicole especially enjoys working with older adults and teaches in dementia care facilities, in addition to offering private yoga sessions. She is happy to bring her diverse background in business, movement, and wellness to the Authentic Pilates team and looks forward to making every client’s experience welcoming, organized, and enjoyable.
