Kim Rogers

Kim has been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years, teaching a variety of classes. She became a licensed physical therapy assistant and worked at St. Joseph’s Health in Paterson until the birth of her second child. At that time she discovered the world of Pilates, studying at Power Pilates with Susan Moran-Perich and Bob Liekens, where she accumulated more than 1,000 hours of continuing education. Since then, Kim has been teaching Pilates to a variety of clients from the injured to the athletic.

Recently, Kim completed two 200-hour yoga certifications with Ben Wisch and Amy Pastore. Kim believes that the combination of Pilates, the stillness and breath of the asanas and her physical therapy background give her a unique approach to each student.
