Mary Sue spent the first 25 years of her career working in financial regulation following the movement of money through the financial system. She found Pilates following a knee injury which she suffered trying to “catch up” on fitness all at once. Mary Sue was amazed at how quickly Pilates improved her strength, posture, balance and overallhealth. She realized that she wanted to share the benefits of Pilates with others.
Mary Sue was certified through Romana’s Pilates at True Pilates New York, where she trained with many of the world’s top Pilates instructors. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and ability levels. She loves and shares the excitement that people feel as the Pilates method strengthens and reshapes their bodies.
