Our 2,000 square foot studio located in Mahwah, NJ is equipped with Gratz and Pilates by Design apparatus, including multiple Reformers, Cadillacs, high chairs, wunda chairs, towers, small chairs, pedi-poles, and auxiliary equipment. We offer private and semi-private sessions, as well as a variety of classes, including tower, full studio, and mat Pilates.

All of our instructors have been classically trained and adhere strictly to Joseph Pilates’ original method of teaching. As a result, our clients enjoy the amazing benefits of Pilates as intended by its creator. The individualized attention we give to our clients—as well as our capability to work with a wide range of abilities—makes us the place for your Pilates practice.

Located in the suburbs of New Jersey, APLC Mahwah is the hub for classical Pilates teacher training and Pilates instruction for students of all levels.  The studio has been a part of the charming Mahwah community since 2012 making high-quality Pilates training and education accessible to the residents of Bergen and Rockland counties (NJ) as well as the nearby New York state. The studio is located close to Ramsey, NJ with easy access via NJ-17 (take US-202/ Ramapo Valley Rd exit).
