Master classical Pilates in Three Progressive Levels
The International Classical Pilates Certification is a comprehensive training program structured into three sequential modules – Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced – covering all levels of the Classical Pilates Method in a single course.

Our 3,000-square-foot studio in Mahwah, NJ, is designed to provide the ideal environment for Classical Pilates training. Fully equipped with Gratz and Pilates by Design apparatus, the studio includes multiple Reformers, Cadillacs, High Chairs, Wunda Chairs, Towers, Small Chairs, Pedi-Poles, and a range of auxiliary equipment to support every aspect of your Pilates journey.

Online classes can also be scheduled and have the same cost as in-person classes.
- Monthly online workshops: All are conducted by Erica.
- Additional workshops: Conducted by instructors certified by APLC Brazil and USA.
- Online group classes: May be conducted by Erica or by instructors certified by APLC Brazil and USA.

- Online platform access is available for 2 years from the date of enrollment in the certification program.
- After certification, you can continue accessing the platform at a discounted rate for apprentices.
