Niki brings her passion for the mind body practice to her clients to ensure their thoughtful movement and overall well-being.
She began her Pilates apprenticeship in 2006 at the Romana’s Pilates headquarters in New York City. She trained closely under Cynthia Shipley and Jerome Weinberg, in addition to Joseph Pilates’ protégé, Romana Kryzanowska, her daughter Sari Mejía Santo, and granddaughter Daria Pace.

Prior to teaching Pilates, Niki became certified as an Ashtanga Yoga Instructor in 2001, as a student of Guru Manju Jois, and practiced daily with master teacher Dee Silvers of Yoga Sport in Ardmore, PA. She has also studied with master teacher Guruji Pattabhi Jois, David Williams, and David Swenson, among others. Additionally, she completed Forrest Yoga Teacher Training with Ana Forrest in San Francisco, CA, in 2008, and Yamuna Body Rolling Teacher Training in New York City, in 2007. In 2023, Niki completed certification as a full spectrum, perinatal doula and lactation counselor.
