JiYoung Choi

After years working at a research job that required a lot of time in front of the computer, JiYoung was left with poor posture and difficulty managing stress. Then she discovered Pilates, which she credits with completely transforming her body and mind. Strengthening her core, improving her posture dramatically, and focusing on mindful body movement became a powerful tool for managing stress. The positive changes she experienced were so profound that they inspired JiYoung to enroll in the Authentic Pilates Learning Center’s Classical Pilates teacher certification program. 

JiYoung is passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of Pilates and experience the same improvements in physical and mental well-being that she’s enjoyed. She’s excited to share this incredible practice with others and guide them on their own Pilates journeys.
